Rishi Sapra

Rishi is the Founder and CEO of a tax consulting firm in the UAE, Young Global (www.youngglobal.co). He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has over 15 years of international transfer pricing and tax consulting experience in the UAE (Dubai)/Middle East, UK, The Netherlands and India working with Big Four and Tier 2 consulting firms in these countries.

In this tax experience, he has dealt with a wide range of transfer pricing and international tax aspects, including review of supply chain and business models, conducting value chain analyses, intellectual property, design of transfer pricing policies and preparation of robust transfer pricing documentation. Rishi has also provided support with the practical implementation of transfer pricing policies and defending those policies in a tax/TP audit.

Rishi has performed several UAE CT and TP impact assessments, review of QFZP reliefs and UAE CT/TP implementation and documentation projects. In addition, he has assisted on various UAE VAT projects. He is an active speaker on various transfer pricing aspects at reputed UAE forums and in the year 2023 Rishi was awarded a nominee of the Transfer Pricing Rising Star in the Middle East Category by International Tax Review (ITR Awards 2023).
